My Mother in law Eva Rakes was preceeded in Death by a Daughter Nola May Carter who died December 17th 2014 and a son in law who died in 1999. She leaves behind 8 children and there spouses Lillian Joann (PeeWee) Black of Ranger Wv, Lolie and Randy Maynard of Ranger Wv, Mollie and James Perry of Ona Wv, Earl Black of Ranger Wv, Helen and Ralph Ballard of Tennessee, Frances and Ricky Maynard of Ranger Wv, Russell and Becky Black of Ranger Wv, and John and Mendy Black of Ranger Wv. She also leaves behind the father of her children Billy Ray Black, and lots of grandchildren and great grandchildren, she also leaves behind some brothers and sisters, and some other family members. She will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones. Mommy and Mawmaw we all love u and miss u deeply. RIP EVA RAKES
